Semaglutide
Semaglutide is a weekly injection used to treat diabetes. This injectable medication is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist prescribed as an adjunct to a healthy diet and exercise regimen for weight loss and management.Studies done have shown significant weight loss of 15%. This medication is approved for children 12 years of age and older. Contraindications: If there is a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MENS2) or in case of hypersensitivity to Semaglutide. The most common side effects of Semaglutide include nausea, diarrhea/constipation, feeling bloated, heartburn, belching, dizziness, vomiting, and upset stomach.

Phentermine
Phentermine is an appetite suppressant taken first thing in the morning. It can cause jittery feeling and heart racing. This medication should not be taken by heart patients and others may have issues also. We will do an EKG prior to starting this medication to screen for issues.

Tirzepatide
Tirzepatide is a medication that belongs to a class of drugs known as GLP-1 receptor
agonists. It is used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and weight loss.

By targeting both receptors, Tirzepatide enhances insulin secretion and reduces glucagon secretion in a glucose-dependent manner, contributing to improved glycemic control. In addition to its glucose-lowering effects, Tirzepatide has been associated with significant weight loss in clinical trials. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with type 2 diabetes, as weight management is a crucial aspect of overall diabetes care. Like other newer diabetes medications, tirzepatide has undergone cardiovascular outcomes trials. These trials assess the impact of the medication on cardiovascular events, providing valuable information on the safety and potential cardiovascular
benefits of the drug.

All weight loss programs start with a visit costing $100. The first visit includes labwork and the first injection or first bottle of pills. Then, semaglutide starts at $80 weekly, tirzepatide starts at $50 weekly and Phentermine $50 monthly.

What is Sentient Sculpt & How Does it Work?

Sentient Sculpt is a device that uses microwave energy to destroy fat and cellulite deep in the tissue while working to tighten skin at the same time. It uses up to 80% of the energy generated to penetrate the fat under the skin, destroying fat cells, and the fibrous bands in the dermis that cause cellulite. The other 20% of the energy is used in the upper layers of the skin, tightening and contracting skin to improve its appearance. Sentient Sculpt emits microwaves at a frequency of 2.45 Gigahertz Energy and Mechanical Movement Massage, which allows the energy to pass into the sub dermal fat layer. It is safe for use on all skin types and clients report little to no pain during treatment. There are 2 hand pieces, which allow your provider to customize the treatment to suit your needs. One treats deeper tissue to target stubborn fat, the other hand piece treats cellulite while tightening and lifting skin.

Treatment & Results

Visible skin tightening will begin to appear 30 days after your first treatment, with further improvement over 3 months. (A handful of clients have noticed results sooner than 30 days). Fat and cellulite reduction results will take 8-12 weeks for maximum results. As the fat cells and fibrous bands in the dermis that cause cellulite dimples are broken down, your dermis will also begin to generate new collagen, resulting in smoother, firmer skin over time. The dissolved fat and tissue are metabolized by your body over time and flushed out naturally. Treatments can be done once every 4 weeks. We typically recommend 3-4 treatments for best results.
Sentinent Tixel

The Tixel device is ideal for reducing and reversing the signs of chronological aging, inducing dermal remodeling without lasers or injections. Lines and wrinkles are reduced, crepey skin texture is smoothed, and unevenness due to acne scarring improved. Depending on the area being treated you can expect: improvement in skin texture, wrinkles and fine lines, better definition of eye lids, reduced acne and scarring, and skin tightening.

What is Tixel?

Tixel simply works with heat. Thermal energy is delivered through a titanium treatment head, no larger than a stamp, its surface made up of pyramids. The tip of each pyramid is tiny – 120 microns, thinner than a hair – and these microscopic points are what touch your skin and deliver the heat precisely and quickly (1/100th of a second). The “sizzle” triggers a wound-and-heal response, stimulating collagen and elastin, softening lines and restoring tightness. The thermal “insult” to dermal collagen promotes skin tightening due to fibroblast stimulation which, together with the epidermal heat-induced disruption, results in a more youthful and fresher look to the skin.

Where can I have the Tixel treatment?

It is suitable for use on the face, neck, decolletage, hand and around the eyes and, unlike laser or needling treatments, it can be used on the eyelid and tear trough for a non-surgical eye lift.

What does a Tixel treatment feel like?

With numbing, patients experience very little discomfort.
Who is a good candidate for the Tixel treatment?

This treatment is suitable for most people, even those with darker skin types. The Tixel treatment is used to improve the general tone and firmness of the skin as well as reduce pore size and fine lines.

How long does a Tixel treatment take?

A full face takes only about 15 minutes. Topical numbing takes about 30 minutes before your appointment.

What is the downtime?

Immediately after the treatment, the skin may feel sunburnt for about 12 hours. For the next 2-3 days, the skin may be red and there may be mild crusting which will disappear over the next few days. There is usually a full recovery by day 5. There may be swelling after treatments around the eye area which will go down over a day or so. Neck and body areas may take longer to recover as cellular turnover is slower in these areas than on the face.

It is recommended to only use a simple moisturiser for hydration in the days after the treatment. (No retinol or antioxidants such as vitamin C serums). Makeup can be used after 2-3 days.

When will I see results?

Patients see improvements in their skin soon after the first session and these continue to over the next few weeks as the collagen production kicks in. Patients often report feeling a “marked difference” after just 1 or 2 treatments, but more significant improvement will be seen 3-6 months after the series of treatments has been completed.
How many Tixel treatments will I need?

Multiple treatments deliver lasting results that can keep you looking younger for years to come. Results are cumulative. A typical treatment regimen would involve 3-4 sessions 4-6 weeks apart (dependent on the intensity of each treatment session).

What do I need to know before my first Tixel treatment?

Let your doctor know if you have a history of cold sores in or near the treatment area. You should not have the Tixel treatment if you have active skin infections, are pregnant or lactating.

Please come in 30 minutes before your appointment time for topical numbing. Avoid immediate sun-exposure in the first 48 hours, and wear sunscreen consistently to preserve and maintain results of treatments.
