Dr. Deanna Speight, FNP, APRN-BC 
Deanna Speight graduated from Saint Louis University with a Docctorate in Nursing Practice in 2014. She graduated from Mississippi University for Women with a Masters of Science Degree in 2003 with a focus on the Family Nurse Practitioner. Upon graduation, Deanna Speight began work in Cardiology and then Internal Medicine in Memphis, TN. Deanna is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse by the State of Tennessee and is certified as a Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Deanna was raised in Rosemark, TN and attended Briarcrest Christian School from Kindergarten to High school. She is married to Robert, a Driver for the Memphis Fire Department and has 2 children, Emma Grace and Anna Claire.



Jena Burlison, FNP
Jena Burlison, FNP has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2012. She joined our practice in 2019 and has been a welcomed addition with her knowledge and experience. She received her BSN from Baptist College of Health Sciences in 2008 and her MSN from the University of Memphis in 2012. Her background is in Family Practice and Intensive Care. She has experience personalizing medical grade skin care lines for patients. As a provider, she strives to improve her client’s mental, physical, and emotional well-being. 




Dr. Dane Flippin, MD 
Dr. Flippin currently serves as SFM's supervising physician. Dr. Dane Flippin has been Board certified in Family Practice since 1998. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1995 and then completed his residency in 1998. Currently practicing full-time at Arkansas Progressive Medicine in Jonesboro, AR. He also works in the ER at Joneboro hospitals. 

He is available at all times via phone and can login to medical records from any location to view current visit notes if needed.




​Melissa Brown, FNP
Located in our Dickson office ce, Melissa is a graduate of Tennessee State University in 2013 with her Masters of Science in nursing. She graduated in 2001 from the university of Tennessee atMartin with her Bachelor of Science in nursing. Melissa has been a Registered Nurse since 2001 working in Intensive Care as well as Cardiology. Coming from an Urgent Care and Primary Care background, Melissa joined our practice in 2016working part-time. She shares the position with Clara. 
Born and raised in Memphis, Melissa moved to Nashville in 2001 after graduating from nursing school, Her and her husband along with their 2 children love spending time outdoors, kayaking and hiking, 




Clara Loter, FNP
Located in our Dickson office working Tuesday to Friday.
