Dr. Deanna Speight, FNP, APRN-BC 
Deanna Speight graduated from Saint Louis University with a Docctorate in Nursing Practice in 2014. She graduated from Mississippi University for Women with a Masters of Science Degree in 2003 focusing on Family Nurse Praactitioner. Upon graduation, Deanna Speight began work in Cardiology and then Internal Medicine in Memphis, TN. Deanna is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse by the State of Tennessee and is certified as a Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Deanna was raised in Rosemark, TN and attended Briarcrest Christian School from Kindergarten to High school. She is married to Robert, a Driver for the Memphis Fire Department and has 2 children, Emma Grace and Anna Claire.

Dawn Stewart, FNP, APRN-BC 
Dawn Stewart graduated from Union University with a Master's Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2009. She has been a nurse for over 23 years at St. Jude Children's Research Center and now works full-time with SFM. Dawn is registered with the State of Tennessee as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Dawn is married to Sam, a City of Memphis Police Officer and has 2 children, Mitchell and Brady.

Dr. Dane Flippin, MD 
Dr. Flippin currently serves as SFM's supervising physician. Dr. Dane Flippin has been Board certified in Family Practice since 1998. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1995 and then completed his residency in 1998. Currently practicing full-time at RidgeLake Family Medicine in Memphis, TN and part-time in the emergency room at St. Francis Bartlett.

He is available at all times via phone and can login to medical records from any location to view current visit notes if needed.

Tonya McLaughlin, MSN, NP-BC
​Tonya has been a nurse since 2002 when she graduated from Northwestern University in Louisiana. She completed a pediatirc internship at Methodist Children's Hospital in SanAntonio where she work in NICU, PICU and antepartum and postpartum areas. Tonya also worked for Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in the NICU. Most recently, she worked for the State of Tennessee in the Health Department in the Primary Care area. She received her Maters of Nursing in 2013 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Tonya is recognized by the State of Tennessee as an Advanced Practice Nurse and is certified through the AANP.

Tonya is married to David and between them have 5 children

Ruby Turner, MSN, FNP-BC
Ruby has been a NP since 2005 when she graduated from Memphis State University with a Masters of Science in Nursing focus on Family Nurse Practitioner.
